Email Responder Installation FileThe current release of the Close Support Email Responder is version 3.01.22. The host PC needs to have the Service Desk installed first. Then download and install the Email Responder. Filesize - 4MB.
Licence Key FileThe software licence authorisation process for version 3 differs from previous versions. In preparation for the upgrade please request a Licence Key file. Placing the file in the Close Support installation folder will enable the functionality you are entitled to.

Upgrade to latest versionIntroductionExisting users of Close Support with a current and valid software assurance agreement can upgrade to the latest version at no cost.At version 2.95 the Close Support Desktop came in two versions, Standard and Advanced. At Version 3 we have renamed the application to Close Support Service Desk and extended the functionality as described in the Upgrade Guide.Licencees of the old Standard Desktop will benefit from the extended functionality included with the Service Desk Professional as well as functions only previously available in the Advanced Desktop, document linking and the integrated Knowledge Base.Existing users of the Advanced Desktop will benefit from all the new features in Close Support Service Desk Professional including the optional Audit Module.
