Software AssuranceCustomers with Software Assurance are entitled to email support for their Close Support applications. We pride ourselves on providing a fast response to support issues and will always work closely with you to come to a speedy resolution. Support request emails can be submitted from the Help, About menu item in an application that has a valid and current Software Assurance agreement. Software Assurance also entitles you to all relevant software updates issued during the agreement period. When you purchase a Close Support application you will be entitled to Software Assurance for 12 months from the date of purchase.
