Close Support Site Licence AgreementThe Close Support software consists of a set of core files, including a database, and a number of client applications or modules. This agreement applies to all parts and elements of Close Support. Your licence to use any part of Close Support is contingent on you having made and completed a valid purchase of that element.Use of Close Support client applications (hereinafter 'SOFTWARE') and its database (hereinafter "DATABASE") is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:1. GRANT OF LICENCEYou may install and use multiple copies of the SOFTWARE within a single network domain.You may install, maintain and connect the SOFTWARE to one copy of the DATABASE for operations and optionally one additional copy of the DATABASE for testing and training. You may use the Express edition of the SOFTWARE free of charge.You may use the Evaluation version of the SOFTWARE free of charge. The Evaluation version is limited in use by time.The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONSYou may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE. Close Fit Software Limited shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTYThe SOFTWARE is provided as is without warranty of any kind. to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Close Fit Software Limited further disclaims all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the product and documentation remains with the recipient.To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Close Fit Software Limited be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this agreement or the use of or inability to use the product, even if Close Fit Software Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.4. MAINTENANCEClose Fit Software Limited is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. However, any maintenance or updates provided by Close Fit Software Limited shall be covered by this Agreement.5. TECHNICAL SUPPORTIf you are using the SOFTWARE free of charge under the terms of this Agreement, you are not entitled to technical support. Community support and advice may be available at the product forum - http://www.closefitsoftware.com/forum/Email support is available to licensees of the software who also have a current and valid software assurance or support agreement with Close Fit Software Limited.
